Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping within the U.S. on all orders over $200.

U.S. Shipping

Every order shipped by Linear Science includes tracking and a Delivery Guarantee. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier.

Orders are typically processed within 24–36 hours. While orders may still be placed and begin moving through our system over the weekend, our primary business and shipping operations run Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend may begin full processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times typically range from 2–7+ business days, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout, your location, and carrier conditions.

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate. Shipping time begins once the order has been fully processed and handed off to the carrier. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays may experience slight delays.

We reserve the right to select the best carrier and shipping method to ensure your package is delivered safely and securely.

Delivery Guarantee

A small shipping protection fee is added at checkout. This protection covers your package against loss, damage, or delivery issues during transit.

If your order arrives damaged or compromised, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review your claim and arrange a replacement or resolution.

We currently do not ship internationally.
